New Leaf Metabolic Exercise Assessment will show you the right workout intensity for you to reach your weight loss or fitness training goals. It will determine your heart rate range and the energy expenditure levels that you can put into a program in order to meet your personal goals. Your Body's response to exercise is the science that will get you there!
