I joined Cornerstone in 2003 to train for collegiate field hockey and quickly realized that this was more than just a gym. Cornerstone has an indescribable character which exudes energy, motivation and friendliness. I always enjoy coming here! I feel so lucky to be part of this amazing staff and team. My office is a playground of healthy and hard-working individuals. How many people get to say that? As marketing director, I am committed to Cornerstone's great reputation of community involvement, member dedication and that "welcoming neighborhood feel." It's what I always loved then and now.

Here at Cornerstone since 1996, I've had the opportunity to meet a lot of interesting and genuine people that have become great friends. It's such an enjoyable place, and it is always and only about our members. I'm the (wee-hours) 5 AM opening guy and it's a great way to start my day!
