Moms’ Boot Camp
Tuesday/Wednesdays/Thursdays 10:30—11:30am

For all fitness levels—moms/women only. Get into this great boot camp with Shawn & Tracey, and transform yourself! Take some functional training, combine it with a little outdoor hill climbing, and you start to get the idea! Six weeks of fun, full-out fitness for women only! Maximum 20 participants.
