A 4-week program focusing on nutrition and well-being with Marie Stryjak.  What you put in your body is as important as what you put it through!  Join Marie for this informative 4-week series focusing on how we feed ourselves and our bodies, and how that can affect physical well-being.   Exercise alone is never enough—making smart choices and simple changes can help you achieve and exceed your personal fitness goals!
4-week program, Mondays 10:30-11:30am OR Wednesdays 7:30-8:30pm
Starting May 19 (Monday;  no class Memorial Day) and May 21 (Wednesday)
Members $50, Nonmembers $79
Maximum 12 participants

Limited single session spaces are available at $15 for members, $25 for nonmembers.


Session 1: Sugar Blues—find out where the hidden sugar is in your diet and how to substitute wisely.
Session 2: Grains and Greens—don’t know what to do with them? Get some great suggestions and easy recipes!
Session 3: Dining Out—not just about restaurant choices and portions, but about how we reward ourselves daily!
Session 4: Creating True Prosperity—success is created in multiple ways, and this session will help you identify strategies for making it happen in all areas of your life!
