| This hard-core ab and cardio workshop could be just what you need to
get a jump on your summer fitness goals…who doesn't want a six
pack for the beach or pool? Julie will run you through a series of abdominal
exercises that will keep you "burning" for more. Use the bosu,
stability and medicine balls, bands, free weights and more to help you
forget what you really came for…HARD CORE ABS! Oh, and don’t worry there will be plenty of cardio! Have some extra time on Tuesdays and Thursdays? Spend the whole morning with Julie! Tuesday mornings get into her Spinning class, and then "HARD CORE”, Thursdays, go for Cardio Boot Camp followed by "HARD CORE". We dare you! Maximum 10 participants. | |
