OUTDOOR CHALLENGE

This four week all-outdoor training program is a perfect addition to your current workouts or a great way to get back into fitness.  Increase your intensity and work at a level you would not work at on your own.  Each total body conditioning session is designed to give you a different experience each class—yes, even in the rain!  Instructors Leah, Felipe and Jodie. 

Wednesdays 6:00am and Sundays 8:30am, 4-week program starting May 21
Members $95/Nonmembers $119
Maximum 24 participants.
