TEEN TRAINING (ages 12-17)

This is the program for athletes between seasons or teens looking for some serious cardio/strength training!  Join Melissa Keller, soccer coach, lacrosse coach and certified personal trainer, in our Training Room and discover just how much an hour of small-group personal training can benefit you!

Thursdays, 7:30-8:30pm, 4-week program starting May 22.
Members $50/Nonmembers $79–special pricing – members bring a non-member friend for member price, non-members bring a buddy and take 10% off both your enrollment fees! 
For ages 12-17, maximum 12 participants.
