Join Ann Krisher, NASM certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, in this workshop designed especially for older active adults. This is a small-group training program which will emphasize balance, core stability and strength, flexibility and general fitness conditioning. Functional training techniques will be used in conjunction with Pilates and light weight training to maximize results. Don’t miss this unique program! Maximum 8 participants.

NEW !Pilates Reformer for Active Older Adults 
Tuesdays 4 –5 pm     6 weeks starting April 29, 2008
Join Lisa Fields for this Reformer workshop designed specifically for active older adults.  Work on joint range of motion while increasing your core strength using Pilates Reformer techniques.  Pilates has proven benefits for posture and core strength, which are essential for the older individuals
concerned about osteoporosis and back pain.  Maximum 6 participants.  
*Individuals who wish to participate in this workshop must be able to go from a
seated to supine position and visa versa independently.  Anyone with a history of
joint replacement should consult the instructor prior to enrolling.
