**Teen ZONE and Teen STRIVE spaces are priority reserved for Teen Boot Camp participants. Those not participating in Teen Boot Camp must be Cornerstone members to take Teen Zone or Strive classes, and any remaining spaces must be signed up for 25 hours in advance! Get all the details about our Teen Boot Camp and other kids’ programs (other than 7up membership) at the Service Desk or in the CornerKids area.

Classes marked with a “P” are those in which kids can bring their parents along to join in!

Class Descriptions (ages welcome) P=invite your parents!

Hatha Yoga (12 and up) P A basic Yoga practice, focusing on movement instruction, breathing techniques and relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, and a great class for beginners.

Kids’ Yoga (7-11) Especially designed for kids, focusing on breathing, learning and practicing basic yoga movements.

Yoga 101 (12 and up) P A yoga class specifically designed for those who are new to yoga; addresses learning of basic poses and reinforcing good technique.

Family Yoga (7 and up) P A class designed for kids and their parents; a basic yoga class that will focus on technique, pose instruction and breathing.

Tai Chi 101 (12 and up) P An introductory Tai Chi course, focusing on learning the essential principals and stances as a way to improve flexibility, balance, posture and relaxation.

Teen STRIVE (12-15) P A safe, effective and efficient strength training workout. This class will take you through the whole STRIVE circuit and throw in some abs for good measure.
*Teen Boot Camp participants have priority for STRIVE spaces. Any remaining space in each class will be available for 25 hour advance signups. You must be a Cornerstone member to take Teen Strive!*

Teen ZONE (12-15) A circuit training workout designed for teens! Strength, speed, agility and cardio endurance will be developed in this fun and challenging class!
*Teen Boot Camp participants have priority for ZONE spaces. Any remaining space in each class will be available for 25 hour advance signups. You must be a Cornerstone member to take Teen Zone, and you must purchase a Zone card. See fee information below.!*

Total Body Conditioning (12 and up) P This class combines strength training and core work with just enough cardio to keep your heart rate up for the entire class. All fitness levels welcome.

Kidz Zumba (7-11) Get ready to have a great time shakin’ it to the Latin rhythms of Zumba! A dance-based workout that combines high energy music and moves for a totally fun time!

Teen Zumba (12 and up) P A Zumba workout for the tween and teen set! You will be having so much fun in this class, you won’t even know you’re working out!

Cardio Kickboxing (12 and up) P A multi-level high energy cardio fitness class that works your whole body using an interval format. All fitness levels welcome!

Pilates Mat Express (12 and up) P A 45 minute class that focuses on the whole body with an emphasis on core strength and flexibility. Stability balls and other Pilates props may be used during class. All levels.

Sports Club (7-11) A fun and active class for kids designed to develop skills for various sports using circuit training and fun-filled games. Class will be split into age groups as necessary for maximum fun!

Boot Camp (7-11) Sound off 1, 2, 3, 4, this class is what you’re looking for! A fun, fast paced circuit training class geared to all fitness levels. Get a great cardio/strength workout and have fun with friends!

Cardio Hip Hop (7 and up) P From High School Musical to the Cha-Cha Slide—come for a class that takes your favorite dance moves and turns them into a great cardio workout! Different moves every week and always fun!

Balletone (12 and up) P An energizing, whole body, non-impact workout. Classical ballet exercises combined with modern fitness concepts provides a unique class focused on strength and flexibility.

Kids’ Jazz/Hip Hop (5-8)/ Pre-teen Hip Hop (9-14)/ Teen/Adult Hip Hop (15 and up) Professional dance instruction from Dancers’ Extraordinaire! Our Hip Hop classes are a blast—learn the latest hip hop moves and dance to today’s best music! *Additional enrollment fee*

Teen ZONE Pricing: $6.50 per class or $49 for a 10-pack of classes. 10-packs NEVER expire. Classes available as part of the 7+UP membership. Child/teen must be on membership to take these classes. Hip Hop dance classes taught by Dancers Extraordinaire require registration and have an additional enrollment fee. See the Service Desk for details!
